In MMOs or Minecraft or any game I use keyboard controls / mouse controls to move the camera. In SL I just can't. It makes no logical sense, but I'm tired of trying to retrain myself. The outfit is from Yabusaka (Yabusaka Loon). It's only L$200 and intended to be worn with the mesh avatar doll for sale there. A friend just made our own alpha and passed it to me so we can wear the outfit without the need for a doll. I don't want to wear a doll base to enjoy pretty clothes. I'm working on doing the same for Coco Doll dresses I like. And, yes, the shoes are from DUH, although the Mary Janes from HOC Industries work really well too.
